Product Characteristics
◎ Recovered tableware requires no manual debris removal before machine washing. Residual food waste is eliminated via high-pressure spraying in the debris removal section. After being flushed away, the residue passes through a specialized mesh belt for drainage and discharge, consolidating waste into a single collection point for efficient recycling. This process reduces labor intensity, achieves labor savings, and promotes energy conservation and environmental protection.
◎ After debris removal, tableware undergoes ultrasonic vibration to eliminate grease and stubborn residues in hard-to-reach areas or dried-on grime, achieving higher cleanliness rates and more thorough debris removal.
◎ The main wash employs a high-pressure 60°C spray rinse to thoroughly clean residual debris from the utensil surfaces. Utensils then undergo a 90°C high-temperature clear water rinse spray, eliminating bacterial colonies on the surfaces to achieve high-temperature sterilization.
◎ After sterilization, utensils enter an adjustable 180-120°C drying section where moisture is rapidly removed. This prevents water spots and inhibits bacterial regrowth, ensuring utensils meet all hygiene and safety standards for use.
